Research Use & Marketing Restrictions

Certain products offered by Just Compounds are designated and sold strictly for research purposes only. Affiliates must represent these products in a manner consistent with their stated intended use at all times.

Affiliates may not state, suggest, demonstrate, encourage, or imply that a Research Use Only product is intended for human consumption or personal use.

Without prior written approval from Just Compounds, affiliates are prohibited from making any claim or representation concerning the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease, or any medical, therapeutic, physiological, weight-management, cosmetic, performance, or other health-related benefit.

Affiliates may not publish, distribute, or promote:

• Human-use or personal-use recommendations
• Dosing or dosage recommendations
• Injection or administration instructions
• Reconstitution instructions intended to facilitate human use
• Treatment protocols or cycles
• Disease or medical-condition claims
• Weight-loss or body-composition claims
• Hormonal, metabolic, anti-aging, recovery, healing, or performance claims
• Personal testimonials implying human use
• Before-and-after results implying human use
• Statements suggesting a Research Use Only product is a drug, medication, prescription substitute, or FDA-approved treatment when it is not
• Content that otherwise contradicts the product’s stated Research Use Only designation

Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish, including content appearing on websites, social media, videos, podcasts, email, private groups, messaging platforms, advertisements, and other promotional channels.

Just Compounds may require the immediate removal or correction of non-compliant content. Material or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program and rejection or reversal of commissions associated with prohibited promotional activity.

When uncertain about whether a statement or piece of content is permitted, affiliates must obtain approval from Just Compounds before publishing it.

Required Affiliate Compliance Acknowledgment

By applying to the Just Compounds Affiliate Program, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Just Compounds products designated as Research Use Only are sold strictly for research purposes and are not intended for human consumption or use.
• I will not promote, describe, demonstrate, or imply that Research Use Only products are intended for personal or human use.
• I will not make any medical, therapeutic, health, disease, treatment, prevention, cure, or efficacy claims regarding Just Compounds products.
• I will not provide or promote dosing, administration, injection, reconstitution, cycling, or treatment protocols for Research Use Only products.
• I will not claim or imply that any Research Use Only product is approved by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition unless Just Compounds expressly provides approved language stating otherwise.
• I will not use testimonials, before-and-after content, personal-use stories, or other marketing that suggests Research Use Only products are intended to produce health, performance, weight-loss, cosmetic, or therapeutic outcomes in people.
• I will only use product descriptions, claims, imagery, and marketing language that comply with the Just Compounds Affiliate Guidelines.
• I understand that failure to follow these requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination of my affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions associated with prohibited promotional activity.
